To light the bulb one must create a closed circuit using a battery, resistor, and bulb. For this project, we used a 9V battery, a 3.2 V LED bulb, and we needed to calculate the appropriate level of resistor. The resistor we needed for the projected needed to be able to process through 5.8V.
